How it works

The programs are real. New Jersey utilities pay for energy-efficiency upgrades because saving energy is cheaper for them than producing more of it. The paperwork is the hard part. That's what we do.

1

Free assessment

We walk your building, every fixture, every space. We look at what you're running, what it costs you, and which incentive programs your building fits. It takes about an hour for most buildings, scheduled around your operations.

2

A clear proposal

You get one document with the exact scope: what we'll install, what it saves you per year, what the incentive program covers, and what you pay, if anything. Real numbers before you commit to anything.

3

We handle the paperwork

Incentive applications live or die on the paperwork. We prepare and file everything with your utility and secure approval before any work starts, so the funding is locked in, not promised.

4

We install

Our installation team has completed over 100 commercial buildings across New Jersey. We schedule around your business, nights and weekends where needed, and leave the building clean. Program inspections don't worry us; passing them is our record.

5

You save

Your energy bill drops from the first month. We handle the incentive collection on the back end, that's how we get paid, which is why your out-of-pocket stays little to nothing.

Common questions

What does it cost me?

In many cases nothing out of pocket. It depends on your building, your utility, and the program your project fits. The proposal shows the exact number before you commit. If there is a cost, you'll see it in writing first.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. Utilities budget for these programs because efficiency is cheaper for them than new capacity. The real risk in this business is sloppy paperwork or failed inspections, which can cost a project its funding. That's exactly why our record on both matters.

How long does it take?

Assessment to utility approval typically takes a few weeks, depending on the program. Installation is scheduled around your operations and most buildings are done quickly once approved.

Does my building qualify?

Most commercial buildings with older lighting do: warehouses, offices, retail, industrial. The free assessment answers it for certain, and if your building doesn't qualify, we'll tell you straight.
